Answer:- Yoga : A Way of Life Respected Principal Sir, teachers and dear friends. I am (Karan/Kajal) here to deliver a speech on the topic 'Yoga : a Way of Life'. We often see many people doing exercise daily in the morning in the park. Some people do yoga and Pranayam. Many old people are there who don't take medicines and enjoy their life, and many people are there who are young, but they are not mentally and physically fit. They take medicines to cure their ailments. Life is worthwhile, and it has the meaning of it. We can fulfil it by keeping us fit and healthy. It is very important. If we practice yoga and do exercises regularly, we will maintain good health also to        prevent from so many fatal and chronic diseases. There are many benefits of yoga. Yoga helps in keeping our blood pressure at correct level. It improves flexibility of body and enhances strength, prevents aches and improves muscle tone. There are many asanas like Padmanasana, Shavasana, Bhungasana, Shirshasana etc. All these asans are very important to keep our health fit and healthy. Pranayam has got an eminent place in all asanas. It cleans our lungs, nostrils, nerves, and relaxes the brain. Pranayam is very easy to do it and anybody can do it, but it requires patience and daily routine. One who does yoga remains always calm and composed. Its multiple benefits made it popular worldwide. With the help of yoga our Rishis and Munis lived nearly 100 years. Everybody should spare some time with yoga daily out of his/ her busy schedule. It unites body and soul altogether.

Thank you.
